This heavy gauge, carbon steel roasting tray features easy pull handles on the sides to provide a larger gripping point when wearing oven gloves. When storing with other Nest oven trays, their clever design works perfectly for saving valuable drawer space.

Care & Use:
- Hand wash only.
- Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Caution: Do not use with metal utensils or clean with abrasive cleaners as this may damage the non-stick coating.
- Always use protective oven gloves when handling hot cookware and allow tin to cool before cleaning.
- Not suitable for use with microwave ovens, grills or hobs.
- Maximum cooking temperature: 230°C (450°F), Gas mark 8.
